Judicial Ethics are supposed to cover the following principles:

  1. Not to abuse the power and expectations of those in an honourable profession
  2. Judicial independence
  3. Impartiality
  4. Integrity
  5. Propriety
  6. Competence and diligence
  7. Personal relationships and perceived bias
  8. Activities outside court.
