The key facts in this case are:

  1. That two child victims of a Russian mother, independently of each other and consistently over many weeks, whilst speaking with different adults, disclosed the most astonishing details of the sexual and ritualistic activities of their British father and his 70+ associates – abusers and members of a satanic cult of which he was the leader
  2. Some of these child testimonies were privately recorded and were never part of any court proceedings, although Barnet Council claimed they were, in order to stop them being released to the public.
  3. These videos form at least as important a part of the raw evidence as the interviews recorded by Barnet Police on 05 and 11 September 2014 do
  4. Partial retraction videos were recorded by the police on 17 September, six days after the children had been removed from their mother, and had been living in ‘care’ with unknown foster parents who had reported the children’s nightmares about fearing their father coming to kill them.
  5. Essential pieces of evidence are the detailed drawings of ‘distinguishing marks’ on the genitalia of their abusers that the children made for Ella and Abraham. However, one of the Barnet policemen in the initial stages of the case hid these drawings in a storage facility in Chingford, so they could not form part of the proceeding investigation; hence this petition demanding the abusers thus identified come forward to demonstrate their innocence
  6. The names and contact details of the alleged abusers that the mother compiled from her children’s stories, which were published on Veterans Today– I am informed by MI5 – so that the mother and I could be incriminated for harassment later on if necessary (and which is happening)
  7. Medical examinations undertaken by Barnet police’s own medical expert, which confirmed the children’s allegations by detecting long-term scarring in the anal area, but which were ignored on receipt, as the case had already been closed as “no crime confirmed”. So did they re-open the case on the receipt of these reports? A damning No! is the shocking answer to this question.

These are the potential criminal charges that were compiled by a criminal lawyer upon viewing the children’s video testimonies:

  1. Sexual activity with a child family member

  2. Rape of a child under the age of 13

  3. Assault of a child under 13 by penetration

  4. Sexual assault of a child under 13

  5. Causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity

  6. Sexual activity with a child

  7. Causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity

  8. Engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child

  9. Causing a child to watch a sexual act

  10. Arranging or facilitating commission of a child sex offence

  11. Murder

  12. Perverting the course of justice common law

  13. Blackmail

  14. Witness Intimidation

  15. Cannibalism

  16. Exploitation of child sex for financial gain
